First Day of Practice November 20th, 2009 at 3:30pm***All Wrestlers should bring a pair of shorts, a T-shirt, wrestling shoes, headgear, towel, soap, & clean clothes*** ***All Wrestlers are required to shower immediately after practice. Proper hygine will help reduce the chance of any issue arising*** |
